These are the technical and implementation bodies of the Society charged with the functions of;

1. Protecting and managing copyright & neighbouring rights of both local and foreign film makers.

2. Developing tariffs and licensing all categories of copyright users.

3. Organizing and preparing the distribution of royalties to all stakeholders/members both locally and internationally.

4. Enforcement of Copyright law; Act and Regulations and;

5. Promoting of creativity and originality among others
